My goal has always been to provide consistent, tangible, simple, and effective advice. So, in this episode, we’re going deep on the concept of “Be. Do. Have.”
Why is this important? Well, when you look at things through a particular lens, it not only opens your mind but this concept can really be a game-changer if you’re struggling with finding the time or finding the motivation to live a healthier life.
I want to get you beyond the familiar stories that we tell ourselves. The limiting narratives that keep us unhealthy…”this is all I have, this is all I can do, and I should just accept the way it is…”
I don’t accept that, and you shouldn’t either. Remaining trapped in the “Have, Do, Be” mindset will prevent you from being your best self and from living your best life. So, let’s tackle that here, and get on the path to healthier living together!
