Our passion for health and fitness is paramount, but TD Fitness has a greater purpose – that of helping others. We undertake our Christian duty to help those who are less fortunate. TD Fitness gives back to those in need by donating a portion of all income to a charitable organization of your choice. We are also engaged in community campaigns aimed at promoting goodness, helping others, and encouraging faith.

  • Charitable Giving - We are thankful to be able to use our passion for health and service to others as a way of helping people achieve results. We feel it is only fitting to give back portion of what we receive, hoping that it will be used for good. One way we do this is by donating a portion of all proceeds to a charitable organization. Ten percent of every dollar you spend on our services is given to a charity of your choice. We call this the “TD Fitness Tithe.” In this way, we work together to not only achieve your fitness goals, but also help someone else in the world.
  • Community Campaigns - Last year, we helped raise over $10,000 in donations for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, which provides college scholarships to the surviving children of military special operators killed in the line of duty. We were proud to be a part of such a great accomplishment, especially one that rings so close to home for us.
  • Fitness for a Cause – The TD Fiteness Family (that’s you!) regularly participates in events to raise money for charities and organizations. From adventure races to endurance events to Turkey Trots, we always find joy in exercising for a good cause. Subscribe to our free monthly fitness newsletter to receive information on our next event.
  • Pay it Forward – One of our ongoing campaigns is the Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) drive. An idea that carried over from our church, RAK participants perform acts of kindness all over town for people they may not know. Whether you pay for the person’s meal behind you in the drive thru line, pay for a stranger’s dessert at a restaurant or bake cookies and leave them on someone’s doorstep…you can leave a pre-printed card to explain, provide joy, and inspiration. The wonderful feelings received from performing these acts of kindness are only surpassed by the heartfelt stories and testimonies from those who receive the cards. Both givers and receivers are able to share their experiences. We still take pleasure in performing these acts of kindness. It’s such a simple gesture, yet it’s one that provides a way of demonstrating love for others, no strings attached.  Participate in RAK and tell us about your experience. We will post your comments on our website and begin to make a difference, one act…one comment at a time.
