The opportunity to give personalized instruction is an important part of TD Fitness. Whether it’s through individualized instruction, couples and small group training, or bootcamp settings, you’ll find quality training throughout.

What sets TD Fitness apart are our thorough approach to fitness development and our unique training model. We only use protocols that are backed by science and research. At TD Fitness, we address health and fitness as a whole, working through the entire process to include screening, assessment, fitness prescription, training, and follow-through.

Our unique training approach is derived from experience and years of study in the field of fitness. We draw from performance-training principles used in athlete development and tactical preparation, and then apply those concepts to the general population. These principles have shown to be effective in weight-loss, providing better movement and function, and improving performance in the activities of daily life.

The fitness goals of athletes and the general public may be different, but your need for balanced, coordinated movement is just as important as a record time for a marathon runner. Athletes train for their sport. Tactical operators train for the unknown. You should train for the sport of life and the unknown situations it brings. At TD Fitness, our goals are to make you move better, make your body more efficient, prevent injury, and improve health.
