Welcome back to the TD Fitness podcast and this first episode of the New Year!
As we start this new year, I want to give you some practical advice–a couple of simple instructions for you to think about as you enter another year. Those two pieces of advice are to 1) reduce stress and 2) take action!
We have become a society in constant search of productivity. This is not inherently bad, productivity is a good thing. But, when it comes at the expense of your overall quality of life and there ceases to be any kind of work-life balance…that’s when it’s no longer any good.
So that is our topic for this TD Fitness podcast episode. As we begin a new year, turn over a new leaf, and strive to become our best selves in 2019, it’s important to go forward with some (much-needed) perspective. I hope by the end of this episode, you feel like you can take action and become your best self in 2019, and not worry about being “perfect.”
