I recently finished a book called Finish by Jon Acuff.
Jon Acuff also wrote a book called Start, thinking that what prevented people from meeting their goals was an inability to start. But it turns out, people have no problem starting things, so he focused on the deeper things that prevent us from finishing.
He points out a number of things that prevent us from finishing. Some things that can really change our outlook when it comes to meeting our goals. Here on the TD Fitness podcast we always talk about changing our habits and staying consistent with a long-term view. So, I thought this was an important topic for us here.
