Making the change to live healthier is a process. In order to live healthier, your actions have to be healthier. The first step is to be clear about who you want to be. Think about your goal and then reframe it to be someone who embodies that goal. For example, it’s one thing to say I’m going to add more fruits and veggies to my diet this month. But it’s another thing to say, my goal is to be someone who eats fruits and veggies on a regular basis.
