In this episode, we get into how to actually implement the action steps associated with improving our nutrition habits. We have to be clear about who we want to be to set the goals that really matter to us and our health. Next, we have to reframe those goals and figure out how we become the kind of person that does those things. Most importantly all, we have to create habits and envision the type of person that will keep us consistently practicing those habits and creating long-term change. We have to find that desire and motivation within ourselves so that when things get tough, we aren’t discouraged. This is all about you and for you because your health is worth it. Let’s get into it!
