Better than trying to be the biggest loser, is striving to be the longest streaker. Look to get a long streak of healthy habits going. It’s not about the weight you lose today, it’s about the habits and actions you take toward that goal. And better than the longest streaker?…Is consistent action over time. A 30 day streak is great, but 50 days out of 60 is even better. Good, better, best…Short-term challenges are good. Healthy habit streaks are better. Consistency over time is the best.
