Sometimes we can’t wait to get started with healthier living. But starting before you’re ready, or before your circumstances allow can be just as bad as continuing to put off healthier living strategies. When we’re unsuccessful at meeting our goals, it’s not always a lack of motivation or focus that’s the issue. It could be other things like choosing to move forward at the wrong time. Look at what’s going on in your life, and choose a better time to get started if you have to.
