Control what you can and don’t worry about the things beyond your control. There are so many things occurring around us that we simply cannot control. But there are also things that we can. Recognizing that there are things that you can change and things you can’t is a key step in moving forward. It allows us to focus on the right things and put our efforts toward something that will yield results. Control what you can control, and work with or around the things you can’t. This is a fundamental concept in health and in life.
