There will always be things that you have no control over. It’s a fact of life. So, when we worry about these things or try to change them, it causes more stress. More frustration. We get down on ourselves… None of these feelings are beneficial to our cause, but there are a few approaches I use to handle stressors that are beyond your control. Let’s talk about them, and let’s remember to accept the things you can’t control by tapping into the control of your mindset.
