I can be a bit of a perfectionist. That can be a problem when it comes to health and fitness. When I know that I’m not going to have a perfect week, it’s easy for me to chalk that time period up as a loss and just wait until the next opportunity for a fresh start. But we shouldn’t try to be perfect. Consistency over time is better than trying to be perfect all the time. The best time to start is now.
