This is your friendly New Year’s Resolution check. In this episode, I want to give you some practical advice for staying the course this year and beyond!
As each of us thinks about getting older, what we really want is to be our best, healthiest selves. That desire often manifests itself as life goals, or around this time of year, New Year resolutions. Fulfilling these goals goes a long way in making us feel healthier and more accomplished. So, this year, I really want us to think critically about how can we be intentional with the things we do so that we can realize our goals no matter how big or small.
That’s our focus today. How can we be intentional? How can we be consistent? How can we stay the course?
Ultimately, I’m bringing it back to our time tested adage here on your TD Fitness channel: consistency over time paired with intentionality trumps all.
