One of the most dangerous thoughts to improving physical health through fitness is the thought that you can’t do this. That thought can be debilitating, and it can have a lifelong effect in terms of what you think about yourself, the actions you take (or don’t take) and what you accept. It starts with a little bit of self-doubt. When those self-doubts arise, we must work diligently to quell them. You CAN live a healthier life. You CAN exercise more.
