According to James Clear, you do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.
I want to unpack this concept as it pertains to how we structure our fitness goals, and what systems I put in place so that they do not fall by the wayside. I’ll walk you through the system I use personally as well as the system I use for those that I coach. This includes not only goals for fitness, but nutrition, and stress management as well!
So, in this episode of the TD Fitness podcast, I am encouraging you all to forget about your goals and focus on your system instead!
