We’ve all felt fear at one point or another. It’s a normal part of life. Sometimes it’s crippling, but it doesn’t have to be. When you know how to face your fear, it can actually empower you.
You can start to develop this type of mindset by listening for and eliminating negative self-talk and limiting beliefs as soon as they pop into your head.
The more you do this, the more comfortable you’ll become in “making the leap” and taking action instead of settling into a feeling of fear.
