Whenever I travel, I find it hard to maintain the quality and intensity of workouts that I’m accustomed to at home. My most recent travel took me to a familiar place – Fayetteville, NC. Having spent seven of the last nine years there, I’m pretty familiar with the numerous workout facilities in the area. However, I hadn’t been to one of the newer establishments, Omni Health and Fitness Center.
I had heard good things about Omni, but never had the chance to check it out…until now. I had a great workout today. The gym itself was very nice, spacious, not overly crowded (I was there from 5 am to 6:30), and clean. But it wasn’t the great equipment, awesome selection of machines and free weights, or even the separate rooms for cardio cinema, core work, childcare, and female-only workout spaces that made this a great experience…
It was the attention to the patrons that seemed to set this gym above others I’ve been to. The morning manager, Dave, walked around encouraging people, assisting with training, and ensured the establishment was in good working order. Being a business owner myself, I know that the most important aspect of any business (and often the most overlooked) is customer service. Omni made my workout experience an enjoyable one. I’d highly recommend a visit to Omni.
