Trying to stick to a diet or nutrition plan can seem futile. It’s hard. But now, I’ve learned to fit healthier eating into my lifestyle. What are some ways that I do this? I plan for the unexpected. And when that doesn’t work out? I don’t sweat it because I know that one meal, one day, one week even, doesn’t define my regular. I try to be healthier than not–that’s what better nutrition is–and that’s what I try to practice.
