We have the best intentions of starting a journey toward better health, only to become overwhelmed by life events, other obligations, and obstacles. So, what’s the fix? How will things be different this time? I like to take a three-step approach to tackling anticipated obstacles. First, identify it. Next, anticipate it. And finally plan for it. But what about the unexpected? You can’t plan for everything… Obstacles will come. They key is in how you plan to avoid them–and when they’re unavoidable, in how you handle them.
