The difficult thing when dealing with your environment as you try to reduce stress is that your environment is usually the thing that causes the stress that you’re feeling. My advice is usually to control those things that you can control, but it’s the things around us that we can’t control that are causing us stress in the first place. Although you may not be able to control some stressors like work, family, relationships, money, or health, you can control some things in your life to help you cope better. The things that I always come back to are improving sleep, being more diligent at planning and organizing the time that belongs to you, exercising regularly, and eating better.
