Here at TD Fitness, we talk a lot about what to do and what to avoid for better health and fitness.
But what about when we don’t have many healthy choices or options?
There are so many things that affect our health, our habits, our carefully laid plans, and even our best intentions. This could include travel, busy schedules, unavailability of healthy food options, or even big events. Sometimes we DO have healthy choices, but they’re just harder to make, especially when we’re stressed, and we choose poorly. This can be difficult to accept, even when we PLAN for it and know about it beforehand.
So in this episode, I want to share my own experiences and thought processes with you. We’ll cover what I did poorly, what I did well, and what I chose to accept along the lines of unhealthy options. We’ll also talk about the importance of building routines, even if you have to rebuild them, and how to handle an unhealthy week.
