Ben Franklin said, “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” What you learn from your experiences, no matter how small or great they are, is so important in your journey and to your long-term health. That’s why my goal is always to have you learn how to live the healthier life that’s right for you. Even more important than the goals we meet or fail to meet, is what we learn from trying and our involvement. Amy Porterfield is quoted as saying, “People quit because it takes too long to see results, but the truth is that learning the process is the real result.” It’s all about learning the process. Learn what works for you and what doesn’t. Then you won’t be guessing at solutions.
