Chronic stress is unhealthy. It affects our mood, our hormones, and our weight… But, a productive, positive mindset and a conducive, healthy environment can help us better manage that stress. Of course, when it comes to managing stress, we can have a great plan and all the “right” tools at our disposal…But if we ignore what’s around us, and how our environment affects us, we are ultimately doomed to fail.
In this episode, I’ll be focusing on how to handle the external stressors around you. We will be talking about your environment and what you can do to increase your chances of success in healthier living. This series is all about managing and alleviating your stress and helping you reach your healthy living goals…as stress-free as possible.
