Welcome back for episode 111 of the TD Fitness Podcast! This is part 3 of my Less Stress Series.
Over the last couple of months, we’ve talked about the importance of mindset and how an understanding of the things around us can affect our ability to deal with the stress in our lives. Again, the underlying message here is that you can lower your stress levels, and just about all of us need to. So this month, while we are being reminded to focus on gratitude, I also want to remind us about the importance of de-stressing your life.
So, in this episode, we are getting into the approach behind our goal. A solid approach is critical for positive, healthy change. The challenge then, with any change, is in filling in the gap between where you are right now and where you want to go. The natural inclination is to jump right into the “doing” and figure out what you have to do to change. But even just figuring out what has to be done should come after you determine who you want to be on the other side of this journey. Let’s explore the process!
