That means improving what you do, the things you can control…not what happens because of what you do. This is particularly applicable in nutrition because we control what we eat. And by focusing on how we eat, we remove the stress of not being able to control what happens because of the way we eat. It’s about consistent habits, remember? This is an action-based approach, not an outcome-based one. You can improve your actions. You have less control over the outcomes.
