Most of us aren’t “perfect eaters” so what’s the best way to determine the dietary steps to take to still improve our nutrition? For example, the easiest thing in my mind, and probably the one that will provide the most benefit in the shortest amount of time is to simply drink enough water throughout the day. When you are hydrated, you feel better, you move better, and your body functions more efficiently. But remember, these don’t have to be drastic steps. Start where you are, choose an approach that works for you, and prioritize to make gradual changes.
