We ask, “which of these weight loss/exercise/diet/stress reduction strategies should I use,” even though they likely aren’t helpful or appropriate for you. Consider this as you prioritize your actions and set your gameplans for better health. Instead of focusing on the “what” in what should you do, focus on the “you.” They’re called your priorities for a reason. Don’t try to force someone else’s priorities to fit your lifestyle.
