If all we had to do was focus on eating healthy and didn’t have to worry about work, about a job, about family, or anything else that takes up brain space, time, and energy, then it would be a lot simpler, right?
But that’s not realistic. Many of those things that come with stress also come with an amount of joy. I love my family and am happy to accept the work that comes along with that. I find my job very rewarding, even though it’s stressful at times, and I’m passionate about TD Fitness because it’s my opportunity to help you live a healthier life! But, it’s not easy…
So that’s what we’re discussing in this episode of the TD Fitness podcast. We’re discussing how to overcome setbacks when you’ve had success in the past with healthy habits.
