Another difficulty in living a healthier life is in being consistent. One way to get that consistency is to redefine your goal to make it either a little less frequent, or a little less difficult. It requires you to change your mindset to “better,” not “perfect.” Your healthier habits don’t have to be perfect, they just need to be a little better than they are now. They don’t have to be everyday, just more often than now. By taking a “better, not perfect” approach, you’ll find that it’s much easier to be consistent with your habit.
