But what do I base my advice on as your TD Fitness Coach? What guidelines do I follow?
It’s not some random exercise plan, or random blog off of the internet. (Though some of you might consider THIS to be a random blog on the internet. 🙂 But that’s neither here nor there.)
In this episode, we are talking about some physical activity guidelines. Specifically, we are talking about THE physical activity guidelines that were recently published. I want to share some of the latest research coming from physical health experts. This is research I personally adhere to as well, and it informs my approach as a coach.
