When we’re able to at least partially come to terms with our given situation or set of circumstances, it’s easier to determine whether or not we need to spend time trying to change any of it. If you let go of the stress related to the things that we’re not going to change right now, and let go of the stress associated with those things that you can change because now you’re doing what you can to fix or change them, that leaves no stress…for any of it.
