We don’t really manage our time. Time is fixed…we have the same amount each day. But we can manage our actions, and we can set, define or refine our priorities. We can also be more diligent in sticking to timelines and schedules. So the next time you think about being strapped for time, ask yourself what you can prioritize. Can you be more disciplined? What can you remove from your schedule? What things can you combine? Don’t try to manage time. Manage your actions.
