There are a number of gifts that we may not realize we have. These are your past attempts and past experiences. All of your past experiences, attempts to eat healthier, attempts to exercise more, or to get more sleep, whether you were successful or not, they’re all gifts. They’re gifts from your previous self to your present self. And what you do right now is a gift to your future self. That’s because we each learn a little more about ourselves with every attempt at improvement, every attempt to change, and each attempt to live healthier.
