The “all or nothing” mentality…as health and fitness professionals, we are often guilty of promoting this mindset. Let me set the record straight…better health is not an all or nothing formula when it comes to fitness, nutrition or a healthy living mindset. My advice to you, then, is to look to improve your habits, but not to be perfect with them. To everything, there is a season. A time work, a time to rest. A time to focus on health, and a time to live. Choose your time wisely…make healthy habits part of your life more often than you do now…but don’t forget to live a little!
