You may be thinking, “Look, I’ve lived with stress for a long time. So long, in fact, that it’s normal to me. I’ve learned to live with it, and I think some stress is just a part of life.” Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re right on all accounts. But, our lives today are filled with hundreds of smaller stressors that compound to keep us constantly worried about something. Chronic stress–which most of us experience now–is unhealthy. We have to stop the cycle by taking action to counter it.
