If you tuned in to the TD Fitness podcast last week you’ll know that no matter what we do it seems that the caloric intake and weight loss/gain numbers just don’t add up. Why is that? Today on your TD Fitness channel we are answering that question.
The basic takeaway is that your body is not a fan of change. The body has a tendency to want to stay at a certain weight, no matter what you do. So when you attempt to lose weight, you battle your body as it actively works to get you back to (or keep you at) your previous weight.
In this episode we are talking about all the ways in which your body fights you so that you are better prepared to mitigate the effects on your fitness goals. We will also be talking about making holistic positive lifestyle changes that will promote healthier living overall.
