What pace should you be running during your aerobic workouts?
This is a valid question, and it is also the question that inspired this week’s TD Fitness episode. This is an important topic because we tend to think the answer is: “as hard as I can for as long as I can.” That couldn’t be farther from the truth.
So in this episode, we are discussing aerobic exercises, but specifically when it comes to endurance and the ability to perform over a longer period of time. We will be defining a few key terms, going over best training practices, and decoding how you can find what works for you.
