When it comes to weight loss and developing healthy habits, there are a few different solutions as I see it. The first I’d classify as “regular,” and the second as the “something different.” We’re often told there is a single “right way” to do it. But, as evidenced by widespread obesity in the real world, that is not the case.
We can’t just follow simple advice because we aren’t simple people! We’re all different. So much is lost in simplification, and that’s why I’m talking to YOU today. I want to help YOU find a realistic solution.
