Last week we talked about how important roadmaps are in reaching your destination, but this week I want us to go a little deeper, beyond the Stages of Change.
The Stages of Change describe where you are and how to move to the next stage in healthy living in a general fashion, but there’s so much more within each stage that we have to do day to day. So, in this episode, we are identifying the points in between. We’re itemizing the mileposts on the roadmap–if you will.
Look at this as a journey, because it is. With any fitness journey, no matter where you are, you don’t get there overnight. But that’s okay because the road to success still exists. While there will be pitfalls and snags along the way, ultimately my goal is to get you to the finish line.
So stay tuned to learn just how you can get back on track at any point along the journey. You can continue to move forward toward success, and I want to get you there!
