Have you seen What the Health?
This episode is a critical review of the What the Health documentary, which critiques meat and dairy consumption and promotes a plant-based, even vegan diet. I’ve had a number of people ask me about this documentary. Personally, I love that this documentary is challenging perceptions and causing people to think critically about their health and nutrition.
But, there is still a cautionary tale here. The documentary tends to over-dramatize the subject and thereby taint some of the really good data presented. So, today I’ll be discussing a few of the exaggerated statements and one-sided points found in this documentary because rather than sensationalize, here at TD Fitness, we seek to educate and think critically about our own health.
