There is a question I often get from clients, and it goes something like this: “Well, what do you think I should do?”
I understand, I’m the “expert,” and I could, of course, give you the answer. But, where do we draw the line between me giving you the answer and you coming up with a solution largely on your own that you are willing to commit to?
It’s important for you to be able to figure out how to work through the ups and downs of your fitness journey and be willing to make healthy decisions on your own because you don’t want to have a trainer or coach forever! The goal is to educate you and get you to a place where you can be responsible and accountable for your own health because the truth is that the only one who can really keep you on that path, is you.
