What is stress really?
Is it external situations, people in our lives, upcoming events, things that we
are asked to do? OR is it our RESPONSES to those things?
Why is it that speaking in public is stressful to some but exhilarating to others? Why is it that some people are deathly afraid of flying, while others find complete joy in it? How we respond to external stimulus is what categorizes something as being stressful or not. Once we realize that, then dealing with that stress takes on a new light.
In this episode we will be talking about recognizing our stress, scheduling de-stressors, prioritizing the right things, and being realistic and honest with ourselves. Stay tuned to learn how you can change your responses and curtail your stress!
