Staying busy? Traveling?
Oftentimes, one of the attributes of busy people is that we travel a lot.
I happen to be in the middle of traveling now!
As someone who is constantly thinking about health and healthy living, I realize there are many things that are somewhat second nature to me when I prepare to depart for travel, that may not be as obvious to you. I’ve been asked before how I maintain a healthy lifestyle with a hectic travel schedule.
