Do you hear that?
Your body is trying to tell you something!
Recently, I completed training to learn how to fly a different type of aircraft. I was reminded that if planes don’t fly, the chances of maintenance issues increase. Similarly, if a car doesn’t run, more maintenance issues can pop up. Unless we take action to fly or drive these machines or inspect them regularly to ensure they’re ready to go, they will not perform the way we want them to.
But it’s not just machines and equipment that this happens to… Your body needs the same type of attention. In this episode, I want to teach you how to listen to your body in three specific areas, to keep it running in excellent condition! We are not self-regenerating beings. We must take action to protect ourselves, our health and our wellbeing.
