Actually, the truth is that there is so much to be learned and there are so many health benefits involved with preparing for a big fitness goal, like a triathlon, beyond just the exercise! Whatever your goal might be—it could be a 5K or even walking a mile—many of the concepts we’ll cover in regards to triathlon training will apply to whatever your goal for healthier living is. It all comes down to a plan, consistency, and belief. When you do that, the impossible becomes possible!
