Why do I talk so much about healthy living? Or healthy habits? It’s because I’ve seen first hand what healthy living can do! But if healthy living is the key, then why do we see so many seemingly healthy people medicating so frequently?
We’re often triggered to medicate. Part of the problem is a system that makes us think that waiting to treat is better than working to prevent. But, the reality is that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
Healthy habits today have preventative properties when it comes to your risk for disease tomorrow. What if we chose to live healthier lifestyles? To address all of the conditions and health concerns we face before we have to live them? My goal is that you seek first to address your symptoms by assessing and changing your lifestyle and habits for the better. My goal is for you to live healthily and be healthy before you have to medicate.
