In this episode, we’re talking about how I lost 12 lbs in 12 weeks. I know that isn’t a sexy tagline: “I lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks.” We are a society of instant gratification, and we want instant results. So, when you compare that to the “salesy” infomercial pitch, I guess that doesn’t sound very impressive. But that’s the point, fitness and health do not happen overnight.
Instead, we’ll be discussing my approach, practice, and areas where I didn’t do so well. Healthy living is far from instant; it’s a long-term way of life. So I’m approaching this topic trusting that I can convey my journey to you in an approach that is more realistic, genuine, and better suited for healthy living.
