There is so much information out there on how to exercise, when to exercise, what you should do for exercise…But for all the sources, data, and how to’s, there often remain more questions than answers. The important thing to note is that your exercise routine–much like your diet–is about finding what is right for you. We have to get personal with it! In today’s episode I’ll be sharing what is working for me, and hopefully it’ll give you some insight into what can work for you. After all, it’s all about working smarter, not working harder (or longer)!
